Seeing the Forest Through the Trees

So many issues, and so little time to familiarize ourselves with all of them !

This category -- Free for All -- has over 35 pages of sub-categories !!!

We may be majoring on the minor.
We may be missing the main event.
We may be completely missing the "big picture".

Please chew on this for a spell . . . When our leader asks himself, "What Would Lucifer Do ?" on EVERY issue that arises, do we really believe that any of the issues discussed in the various SBF categories address the main event ? If your position on every one of these issues could prevail, would you then stand on a firm foundation ?

Have you ever wondered why EVERY issue goes Lucifer's way ?

Theft -- stealing is OK. Let us steal trillions of dollars from our children, and children's children, to the fourth generation.
Murder -- acceptable. Now that abortion has been accepted, let us add euthanasia, infanticide, and genocide.
Sodomy -- being "mainlined". Let us all forget about Sodom and Gomorrah.
Lying -- the majority of people practice it so it must be OK. Lying is absolutely necessary to hide wickedness.
Covetousness -- it is a great idea to divide people using the covetousness of class envy.
Betrayal (a.k.a. "treason") -- it is becoming oh so common . . . AARP selling seniors down the river, NAACP remaining silent on the Black Holocaust, the GOP turning Liberal, etc.
Morality -- churches trashing godly morality, in favor of pleasing people with political correctness and gobs of entertainment.
etc., etc., etc.

Although all of the issues covered on SBF admittedly have significance, the issues of most enduring significance don't find their way on to the SBF. Watch again the message George Bailey leaves with the rapacious slumlord, Henry F. Potter, before he leaves his office when Potter tried to lure him away from the town's salvation -- the Building & Loan. After George shakes hands with Potter, listen very carefully to the short discourse on relevancy.

This statement identifies a significance that SBFers are reticent to discuss:

"For we are not fighting against flesh-and-blood enemies, but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against mighty powers in this dark world, and against evil spirits in the heavenly places."

What they want most is not your money, your liberty, or even your life. It is your soul that they covet, more than anything else.
