If I were not heading out of town, I'd make the pilgrimage to try Kent's BBQ. Like everything else he does, he'll put his heart and soul into making it as good as he can. Should be a real treat.

As a side note, I am staring to design a line of commercial and home-use smokers. I work for a steel fabricator in Elkhart and we are considering starting a proprietary product. I would welcome any input you may have on the subject.
