The Bowling Green Falcons opened the season with a 59-31 loss at Western Kentucky. Gehrig had 7 receptions for 78 yds. (long 16). The second game was at home against VMI, a 48-7 BGU win. Gehrig had two receptions for 4 yds. (long 5).

Scoring 33 of their points in the second half, BGSU defeated Indiana University 45-42 Gehrig had 3 receptions for 7 yds. (long 8). BGSU scored the winning touchdown with 1:50 left.

I heard he tore his ACL in his knee Saturday in the 4th quarter. :cry:

Gehrig had no receptions in BGSU's 68-17 loss to Wisconsin. I don't think he played. Perhaps Bingo can bring us up-to-date with an injury report.
