Home Auto Insurance Recommendations

Postby bdcbbq » Wed Feb 26, 2014 3:19 pm

My insurance company has decided to get out of the home/auto insurance side of the insurance business. I've been with them for over 12 years.

I hate looking for insurance. Any suggestions or recommendations on agents and companies. I'm a AAA a member, but not sure whether to insure with them. I'm not enthused about cheap and flashy marketed bling polices or anything like that.

I've got a month to buy

I was non-renewed a few years ago and had to shop again after being quite happy with Erie for more than ten years.
My brother in law works for Liberty Mutual and he told me from the get go that I'd end up with Allstate.
He was right... in this area, nobody can touch their auto/home rates.
