Will anyone on here recommend a local builder for a custom home? Have you built with them? what was your experienceh.

There seems to be a shortage of land/lots too especially with phm schools.

There are lots available in Pleasant Valley off of Ash south of Cleveland. There are not as many builders today as there was 5 years ago. Many times the people selling lots have an insight on who it a good builder to work with.

Consider Raybuck Construction. Wayne does great work reasonably priced.

Miller Builders, DeVon Custom Homes, Bayman & Rusk Builders, Birkey Homes, all strong financially and offer great quality.
