Why not? In your scenario with the recent ruling you will be arrested and probably charged with murder, but more likely you will be shot by the other officers around. A better option is to let the in and consider court action after the fact for any damages. If they are not law enforcement then fair game.

As an FYI, the legislature is all ready looking into this. Governor Daniels has been contacted by legislators and citizens who do not support this ruling. If any of you wish to place a call into the Governor's office to issue your concerns the number is 317-232-4567. I did. Be respectful but firm in your opposition.

And!?!?!?!? So what?? Some cop thinks he can walk into my house with my kids for no reason?? hes gonna taste lead.. I have life insurance.. my family will be fine... I may go down.. but so will that cop and any other dick head for that matter.
